I have been practicing since 2004 as a qualified massage therapist and registered with the Massage Therapy Institute (MTI). I provide treatment as a Reiki professional level 2 therapist.

My knowledge has been enhanced by becoming a fully qualified Sports massage therapist, registered with the Vocational Training Charitable Trust (IIST).

I offer a mobile service which includes working with some disabled clients and at Anglian Chiropractic Healthcare on Wroxham Road in Norwich.

At local sporting events I have teamed up with some local colleagues under the name of "East Coast Therapies". We provide Massage and Treatment and Management of Injuries on the day, keep your eyes out for us!  

I have gained the FA level 2 and 3 Certificate of Treatment & Management of injuries in Football. These skills have been used for two seasons on match days with Kirkley Football Club, a semi-professional team in Lowestoft and members of the Ridgeons Premier League.

Fundamental to my business philosophy is trust. I am a reputable massage therapist and I pride myself on providing honest, impartial advice to all my clients at all times.

My drive does not stem from profit, but from a genuine desire to give people relief from injury (sports related or otherwise), aches and pains or from the daily grind of life.

Clients can rest assured that I will only recommend treatment that is reasonable and relevant to the individual, whether it be a prolonged course of Sports therapy, or just a 30 minute massage for a bit of much needed TLC...
