Before beginning the treatment we will have a consultation. This helps me to establish any special requirements or particular issues you may have. We can then determine exactly what you want from your treatment. It is helpful for me to know how you are feeling both physically and emotionally so that I can cater the massage to your specific needs.

Always remember that holistic treatment works best when you are relaxed.

The duration of each session can be arranged to suit your needs, however, I would recommend an hour for the initial treatment to allow plenty of time for your treatment following our initial consultation.
